In addition we provide some discount to local businesses as our travel times are greatly reduced.
One of our flagship services is our emergency support; leveraging the technical teams in our 24/7 operations centre to provide businesses with near immediate support for their critical IT issues even without any prior contract in place. This support is charged at a rate based on the time of day and can include remote diagnostics, support and when required on-site support by engineers anywhere in the country with hardware/software as required. Did we mention that we have a vast stock of HP server spares on hand along with routers, switches, and so on.
