We may require you to supply additional information and allow our team on-site as required to gather evidence and take the appropriate actions.

We are an active member of Internet Service Providers against Cybercrime and through this medium we are able to not only share our findings and intelligence but also to inlist the assistance of our industry colleagues to track criminals back to their country of origin and location. Depending on the country of origin, we are able to pass over information and data to allow those countries to continue the invesigation and in many cases effect arrests.

Recovery
In many cases it is possible to identify the offenders but it is rarely the case that we can recover stolen data with absolute certaincy. This is just the nature of the industry, but we are able to provide an assesment on the distrubtion and value of data stolen.
