OPEN incidents are ongoing and being worked on, RESOLVED are incidents that are now resolved but are still being monitored, CLOSED incidents have been resolved in the past and are here for reference. IF you have an issue that is being impacted by one of our OPEN incidents then you can raise a ticket at the HelpDesk or monitor the issue here until it is resolved.
All incidents are considered P1 Priority.
