A systemic power failure effecting NSHW exchanges was reported and identified at 15:04 and this effected the following services:
- GENX and GENZone customers connecting from AS Paths originating from BT Colossus, London LINX and TalkTalk, but excluding MINGER customers.
- GEN Dedicated Servers hosted @ Nottingham
- GEN Telephony (internal) systems
Service was restored at 15:40 and full service resumed at 15:42. A full incident report from BT will be released within the next 24 hours.
The duration of this outage was 38 minutes.
