Real-time Operational Network and Infrastructure Overview

This operational overview shows the current status of all key services within our datacentres. Since clusters are load balanced between datacentres we don't show the individual centres, but instead an aggregated 'Service' status across the entire estate. Unlike some (most) service providers, our system status is generated in realtime from our Network Operations Centre Monitoring Systems so you have the same information that we do. We also monitor the UK Terrorism Threat Level from MI5, the Police National Computer for transient crime levels around our datacentres and interconnects and weather events (both atmospheric and space) to predict issues that may affect services. If a service is showing an issue please rest assured that we are already working on it and do not need to be notified as our NOC is staffed 24/7. If any service is shown as Unusual then this does not indicate an issue, it simply means that the service utilisation is higher or lower than usual for this time of day.  We strive for 100% uptime but we have regular maintenance windows through the night and over the weekends which will affect some systems momentarily, but we will at all times honour our Service Level Agreements.
